We do not accept any exchange requests at the moment.
You will be eligible for a product refund for damaged goods provided you inform us about the nature of the damage within 2 hours of product receipt. You will also have to click and send pictures for proof of damage of the product to be eligible for refund
Ordering Products
Currently, we do not have advance payment options. You can pay by cash on delivery or you can pay through Google Pay once the product has been received.

Yes, we do nationally. But we ship internationally for a minimum purchase of Rs.10000
If the package is already given to the courier co then alteration of address would be difficult.
Yes, you can cancel. However, cancellations have to be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the product has been shipped, the cancellation will not be possible.
The Others
Yes, you can be provided you inform us about the return within 2 working days. You must click pictures, both front, and back, of the product with its price tag intact. Once the product quality has been determined and no damage has been found, you may self-ship the product to us.
You would have to self-ship the product to our address.
As soon as the product is received by us, we would initiate the payment refund process. For cash-on-delivery payments, the amount will be credited to your back account once you provide us your bank details. For Google Pay payments, the amount will be returned via Google Pay.
